Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman get hitched!

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are finally married.

What started as casual meetings backstage at entertainment events and then led to lunches and shopping dates in Nashville, was climaxed by a catholic wedding ceremony at a cliff-top chapel near Sydney, Australia Sunday (June 25th)...an intimate ceremony attended by close family and a few friends in the entertainment business.

Nicole arrived at the church in a flowing white Balenciaga gown and veil, clutching a bouquet of white roses. Keith wore a black suit and tie with a white rose on his lapel.

Church bells pealed 90 minutes later, indicating the service was over.

Nicole and Keith issued a short statement: "We just want to thank everyone in Australia and around the world who have sent us their warm wishes."

The couple had released and earlier statement: "We are very happy to be back in Australia. We have come home to celebrate our wedding with our family and friends."

And everyone was there: Nicole’s ex-hubby, Tom Cruise had his sister, Cass Mapother, bring Nicole's children Isabella, 13 and Conor, 11, to their mother's nuptials . Isabella was a bridesmaid while Conor was a member of Urban's party at Sunday's wedding service.

Nicole emerged from her waterfront mansion Saturday to tell the media that she had simple plans for the night before her wedding..."I'm going to get some sleep"...adding that she and Keith were "very happy."

Over 200 guests attended, including Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman and Rupert Murdoch.

The nuptials were exchanged in a gothic-style Catholic church on the campus of International College of Management in the Sydney, Australia, beach suburb of Manly.
